| Yes, we have a set rate that we bill for design and web work. But every design job is different. We interview you to determine where your starting point is, and how much of So Wise Art's time will be required on your job. That's why we provide a free estimate up front with every job. |

| Where do we start? |
| We interview you to determine your vision for your design work, what you aim to achieve with it and what you plan to do with the finished work. After the interview, we will provide you with a written estimate. Once you sign the proposal and pay the deposit, we will begin work. |

| What factors will increase or decrease So Wise Art's design time on my job? |
| Some of the things that affect our design time with you are questions that we ask during our interview: 1)Do you have a logo that we are incorporating? 2) Is your logo in a good digital format? 3) Do we need to recreate your logo? 4) Have you already written the words that will go in your design item? 5) Do we need to write your words for you? 6) Do you have photographs that we are incorporating? 7) Are those photographs good digital resolution, or do we need to scan them or even provide photography? 8) Do you have a target demographic that we are designing for? 10) What is your deadline for finished product? |

| How long do you take on my job? |
| With every job estimate, whether a print or a web job, we build in two working drafts for you to revise and a final draft delivered. Some of the overall design time depends on how quickly you return revisions back to us. And the rest of the design time depends on the complexity of your job. We have completed customers within one week. We always ask you your deadline, and we will always do our best to deliver to your deadlines. Certain rush jobs may incur fees, especially where printing is included. But this is always discussed upfront with you before design work begins. |

| Can you work with the logo I already have? |
| Yes, we will work with your existing logo. There is no extra charge if you provide your logo in a good resolution digital format. If we have to tweak your logo, such as remove white background for example, then it may incur a bit of design time, which will be included in your free estimate. |

| I don't have my logo in digital format... help! |
| We are artistic magicians here at So Wise Art. We can scan, redraw, work from a business card or even a photograph to rework your logo into a good digital format. And yes, we'll provide it to you in multiple formats to send to your advertisers, your uniform providers and your sign makers. Because we believe that every business needs to have the tools (and the digital logos) to compete like a pro! |

| Do you offer printing as a follow up to finished design jobs? |
| Yes, as an added service to our clients, we offer follow up production for our design work. Our clients who are plain old too busy or overwhelmed and just want finished business cards at their doorstep for exmple... yes we do that for you. And yes, our prices are very competitive. |
